Unofficial packages compatible with Debian
This website contains software packages built to be compatible with
various releases (a.k.a. suites) of the Debian operating system.
WARNING: Adding unofficial packages to a Debian system _will_ weaken it.
Think twice before using these or any other unofficial packages sources.
This repository has ben secured with PGP signed by its administrator,
Debian developer Jonas Smedegaard.
Here is one way you may establish trust in that key:
# Install (from trusted Debian system) needed packages
sudo apt install gnupg-curl debian-keyring
# Import (from trusted Debian system keyring) Jonas' key
gpg --keyring /usr/share/keyrings/debian-keyring.gpg --armor --export 0x2C7C3146C1A00121 | gpg --import -
# Update (from untrusted public keyserver, but key is trusted) Jonas' key
gpg --refresh-keys 0x2C7C3146C1A00121
# Import (from untrusted public keyserver) repository key
gpg --recv-keys 0x97EF699150E4D759
# Declare locally your trust in Jonas' key being valid
# * Run below command
# * Run subcommand "lsign"
# * Run subcommand "trust" and mark as e.g. marginally trusted
# * Run subcommand "save"
gpg --edit-key 0x2C7C3146C1A00121
# Verify that repository key is signed by Jonas' key (and thus trusted)
gpg --check-sigs 0x97EF699150E4D759
# Weaken your system security to trust packages directly from Jonas
gpg --armor --export 0x97EF699150E4D759 | sudo apt-key add -
This repository is structured for use by APT, with multiple components.
Here is one way (as root) to subscribe to the "cryptcoins" component:
echo 'deb http://deb.jones.dk/debian-jones.dk experimental cryptocoins' > /etc/apt/sources.list.d/jones.dk.list
